Day-to-Day *

A client of Insight Global is seeking an accounting professional to join their team in the Denver area. This person will perform monthly end close activities related to cost Accounting, such as reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, and account analysis. They will investigate large variances that arise from financial activity, determine causes, and resolve discrepancies to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. They will work with different departments, including, Operations, R&D, Quality, and Regulatory groups in preparing monthly financials. Other responsibilities include, tracking capital expenditures, data entry of cost information, supporting auditing activities, ensuring compliance with GAAP and corporate policies, and any additional projects assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Arvada, CO: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Cost accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
• SAP: 1 year (Preferred)
