(ON-CALL)
(Backup Caregivers needed for infants – 10 yrs.)
Mondays – Fridays (when needed) 3am – 12pm

BACKUP CARE SITTER
**This is an On-Call position (Only)
**Care takes place in various family homes when requested**
Starting Salary: $17 per hour
Early morning On-Call Professional Corporate Sitters needed for employees who work early morning shifts!
Come join our team of professional On-Call Sitters to help in our backup care division!
Travel incentives of $5 – $30 per assignment in some instances
Make your own schedule of availability
Must have 2 yrs experience & be able to start working as early as 3 am (4 – 10 hour shifts)

Ø Chesapeake
Ø Suffolk
Ø Norfolk
Ø Newport News
Ø Hampton
Ø Va. Beach
The ideal candidate will:
* Be able to start work shift in the middle of the night/early morning
* Have a genuine love for babies & children
* Enjoy engaging children & have the stamina to do so throughout a long day
* Have 2 – 3 childcare related references
* Drive your own insured vehicle
* Have a valid driver’s license
* Must Drive & have a clean driving & criminal background
* Must be available starting 3a.m.
* Be responsible for keeping CPR/1st Aide certification updated (we have an on-line
program if you need to re-certify)
* Must be pet friendly
This position is also ideal for individuals who want to work temporarily until they find full-time work or for those that need a flexible schedule.
Apply ONLY if you are willing to drive between 45 minutes – 1 hour or more distances and can afford to be on-call knowing some weeks you may not get work.

After hired, you may work additional shifts on the weekends or days if desired or just weekdays.

Job Qualifications
● Must have at least 2 years of childcare experience
● Must be at least 18 years old
● Must be able to work a schedule of a start time 3am
● A minimum of 1-2 amazing references or letters of recommendations
● Must be willing to travel at least 45 minutes – 1 hour one way
● Pet Friendly
● Clean criminal records
● Valid Driver License
● Must drive own insured vehicle
● CPR and First Aid Certified
● US Work authorization and willing to be paid legally
● Willing to abide by COVID-19 protocols & procedures
