Corporate Sales Assistant
Job description
Basic Job Responsibility:? To generate and maintain consistent email, telephone with the Company’s database of leads, in accordance with policies and parameters set by the Company and state and federal regulations, to optimize prospect visits to Woodside Communities. Maintain accurate records of customer communications utilizing Employer’s database management system. Sales Assistant is expected to represent the Company and Woodside Communities at all times, and across all communication platforms, with enthusiasm, integrity, truthfulness, and knowledge. Customers and/or prospective customers are expected to be treated with dignity and respect at all times. Sales Assistant is expected to develop a relationship of trust and service with our customers, and to ensure our customer’s complete and full satisfaction with the process of learning about Woodside Communities.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate via telephone and email with all new leads generated by the Company’s advertising activities according to the protocol and action cycles established by the Company and/or as assigned by a Corporate Sales Associate. Communications with the Company’s leads should integrate introductions for the assigned Corporate Sales Associate.
- Enter accurate notes and data regarding communications with the Company’s leads intothe database management system.
- Assign new, or reassign existing, leads to a Corporate Sales Associate at such time as arequest to communicate with a Corporate Sales Associate is made or a request forinformation is made that, according to current laws, rules and regulations, may only beanswered by a licensed salesperson.
- Coordinate reservations for lodging, dining, golf, tennis and fitness for prospective customers.
- Cooperate with the Group Marketing Coordinator and Database Manager in creating and scheduling action cycles for communication with prospective customers.
- Follow up with Corporate Sales Associates to ensure requests for information by prospective customers are fulfilled in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with the fulfillment of materials and information as requested by prospective Customers.
- Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills including internet and e-mail communications.
- Strong aptitude for customer service.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a natural sales personality.
- Desire to be a part of a successful and dynamic sales team.
