Overview:
Renuity is seeking a full-time Corporate Recruiter/University Recruiting Associate to be responsible for full cycle, corporate recruitment for Renuity and its stakeholder companies. As part of Renuity's team, you will play a critical role in sourcing and attracting talent for our growing companies! The Corporate Recruiter/Campus Recruiting Associate is responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and participating in career events. To be successful in this role, one must be extremely organized. This role is best suited for a motivated self-starter, who thrives in ambiguity, and brings insights and recommendations to the campus teams.

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
  • Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, and available applicant tracking systems
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and arranging phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
  • Utilize technology, process, and teamwork to enhance the recruitment process
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our job postings, available ATS, and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Participate in regular meetings to ensure up-to-date knowledge of our ongoing campaign needs and industry specifics
  • Develop and maintain trusting, respectful, collaborative candidate, hiring manager, university, and veteran relationships through meaningful and timely contact
  • Be a change agent with school recruiters and Campus Recruiting Managers to implement early talent initiatives and programs on-campus respective to targeted hiring profiles across all students
  • Perform research, support development of strategic and innovative recommendations for improvement of recruiting initiatives
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis including market conditions, insights and competitive intel
  • Lead the development of presentations and reports
  • Assist employer branding initiatives and assist in employer reputation management
  • Organize and attend job fairs and campus recruitment events as needed
  • Foster a positive team and company culture to encourage growth and campaign success
  • Meet hiring needs as established by TA leadership and support corporate team recruiting efforts
Qualifications:
What You'll Bring:
  • 2 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a startup environment / high volume space
  • 1 to 2 years' experience in full-cycle campus recruiting or MBA recruiting
  • Source and screen candidates while providing a world class candidate experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build relationships with both internal members, as well as external candidates being recruited into the organization
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and projects in an agile environment
  • Ability to speak and conduct oneself with confidence and poise
  • Must possess excellent business acumen and conduct in relations that span across a wide variety of personnel
  • Must be able to express ideas and communicate both verbally and in writing with high proficiency and organization
  • Must be skilled in Microsoft 365
