Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with administration of the Corporate Card programs for NAMER and UK.
- Daily management, administration and support of the Corporate Travel & Expenses (T&E) card program (profile completeness, payment timeliness and any ad hoc maintenance)
- Acts as an Interface and liaison for escalated Corporate Credit Cardholder issues with immediate resolution, past due notices, limit adjustments
- Maintain a low level of inquiries in Corp Travel inbox - Hourl
- Process remittance file submissions - Dail
- Review AMEX applications - Daily
- Cancel and follow up with terminated cardholders - Weekly
- Prepare and communicate delinquency reporting - Monthly
