Job description
Cornerstone provides 25 units of affordable housing in tandem with unique a Renter Equity Program that enables families to a create long-term, structured savings account to increase their income, build assets, and improve the quality of their lives. Members of the program can earn equity (money) by paying rent on time, setting personal and financial goals with our Family Coaches, participating in community building activities, and more. Renter Equity is a long-term investment. Families can earn up to $155 monthly for taking advantage of these opportunities (plus $140 annually for completing assessments), or up to $2,000 annually.
