Responsibilities

Copywriter Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with various departments to brainstorm and develop a variety of materials
• Write and edit Job Advertisements based on client branding
• Propose copy concepts in an engaging way for clients
• Respond to employee reviews on common job seeker platforms, on behalf of employers
• Escalate reviews to clients as needed, such as when they indicate HR compliance issues, harassment, or other concerning activities
• Submit review removal requests when reviews violate platform terms of use
• Learn about and assist with brand development research projects, as requested
• Help with other related activities, as requested

Skills & Qualifications

Copywriter Qualifications:

• Dedicated with excellent time-management skills
• Advanced written communication skills and the ability to discern when to escalate an issue to your leader or a client
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communication or marketing
• Experience in the talent acquisition industry is a plus!
• Proven success in producing copy for advertising or marketing campaigns
• Experience with SEO concepts and social media marketing
• Creativity, adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
