We are looking for a dependable, well-organized, detail-oriented Coordinator to join our bustling office. The ideal candidate will be professional, responsible, self starter. In this role, you will be given a varied list of tasks that need done each day/week. Pick and delivery of window coverings, samples, blinds shutters etc. Maintaining the organization of the products when returning to the shop. Working with workrooms, installers, designers and clients. Canidate will be trained to assist installations in clients homes, check on product with vendors, place orders and installation scheduling. A successful candidate will interact with a number of different departments on a regular basis and will be required to think critically about multiple tasks at once. Week to week hours will vary depending on the flow of work. someone who has light construction skills and experience with power tools is a huge plus!
'Some out of town travel will be required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
