We are looking for experienced cooks who are motivated to work in our professional and fast paced kitchen at the Moot House! Must be able to work evening shifts specifically. Excellent benefits and pay. Opportunities to grow and succeed within the company!

Hot Corner Concepts owns and operates three Austin’s American Grill (Downtown, Harmony, and Greeley Locations), The Moot House, Big Al’s and Comet Chicken (Fort Collins and Loveland) – four distinct concept restaurants with a singular vision of serving consistently gratifying meals made fresh from scratch using only the finest, wholesome ingredients.

What we are looking for:

- Self-starters: motivated individuals who will anticipate a need and get things done before a critical moment occurs

- The ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment: calm, collected, knows how to prioritize tasks and adapt

- Strong organization skills, cleanliness, and a passion for food: cares about quality and presentation; keeps a clean, functional station that complies with safety and sanitation requirements

-High standards of performance: dependable, trustworthy, enthusiastic, strives for excellence, enjoyable to be around!

-Keen to learn and improve and will take advantage of training and development opportunities

-1-year experience preferred
