Contracting & Supply Associate - Elkhorn, NE

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and enter insurance contract requests into CRM system
  • Follow up calls on pending contract requests to get status updates
  • Work with licensed insurance agents across the country with the ability to assess and meet their specific needs, including the needs of the sales director’s, and identify alternative solutions as necessary
  • Point of contact for status updates as well as resolving and issues with a pending contract requests
  • Evaluate and confirm the contract terms, requirements and updates are accurate and compliant
  • Order supplies from insurance carriers as requested by sales directors
  • Fill all kit requests and forms management
  • Receive, unpack, and store general or specialized inventory
  • Stock shelves, keep stock and inventory in order (ability to lift up to 50 lbs.)
  • May perform other related duties as required and assigned

Working Relationships & Contacts:

  • Works with insurance agents and insurance sales directors to organize tasks and estimate delivery time, as well as contractual, continuing education, product training updates, and supply requests to ensure consistency and help achieve department goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • 2 yrs. of industry or relevant experience preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with little supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, Adobe Acrobat, operate mail equipment & postage requirements - USPS / UPS Postal software, and experience with Surelc licensing software a plus
  • Administration, data entry, keyboarding skills; operation of basic office equipment (printer/copier/fax)
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to interact with internal and external individuals at all levels including Management
  • Ability to multitask and to prioritize workload under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a “follow-up until resolved” mindset
  • Must escalate appropriate issues in a timely fashion
  • Must be detail oriented – with with accuracy

Compensation and Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
