Uplift Law is currently seeking an experienced contract recruiter to assist in acquiring legal talent in California. We are looking for an independent contractor or firm that is dependable, experienced, and able to fill roles quickly and effectively. If this is something in your area, please apply.
Role: Contract Recruiter
Pay: $75-80/hr
Term: Until roles are filled (expected 1-2 weeks)
Responsibilities/Expectations
· Actively look for talent on mediums deemed effective by contractor
· Provide quality leads that are available to start as soon as possible
· Ensure that roles are filled within a reasonable timeframe, set forth above
· Leverage experience and industry knowledge to advise on best approaches and alterations needed to attract talent
Qualifications
· 5 or more years recruiting experience
· Bachelor’s degree in human resource management (or related field)
· Experience developing and implementing recruiting strategy
