Mothership Cleaning Services is a family owned and operated janitorial service in The Treasure Coast & Tampa area. We provide detailed residential and commercial cleanings for a variety of clients. Our structure allows us to hire individuals who are eager to work on their own, determine their workload and earn top dollar for their attention to quality.

We are looking to add some experienced cleaning crews to our team! Competitive Pay Structure: First 45 days 45% of total job, After 45 days 60% of total job.

If you already clean and want to supplement your income even more then look no further. We'll help you.. establish clients, obtain your own affordable insurance and show you how to make far more than you would with a standard 9-5 job.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail
• Personal vehicle with current insurance and valid US driver's license
• Customer service and prior cleaning experience a plus
• Excellent cleaning skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• First language English preferred
• Cleaning supplies
• Smartphone for app access to jobs near you

We are looking for a responsible, diligent and responsible cleaners to join our team. The ideal contractor should be well organized, punctual and have experience in the cleaning service industry. We'll provide our contractors with the steps needed to succeed, jobs of their choosing, and competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

• Accept jobs in your area
• Be familiar with your cleaning supplies and stay prepared
• Clean based on jobs details and customer needs
• Communicate effectively for maximum payouts
• Provide excellent customer service
• Self manage
• Complete 2-4 jobs at minimum per week
• Maintain your own insurance

Pay Structure:

We pay you a percentage of every job, big or small.

The first 45 days as a contractor we pay out 45% of every completed clean. After that you'll receive 60% of every completed clean. Our current contractors average $35.00/HR on recurring services.

Keep your tips and receive direct deposit every week.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
