Reborn Cabinets has been in business for nearly 40 years and is the leading provider of kitchen and bathroom remodeling services with locations throughout the West Coast. We are looking for Call Center Representatives to join our award-winning team and assist with our national expansion!
Our contract administrators are responsible for the accuracy of and processing of our client's project contracts. It is our administrator's job to make sure that they can effectively communicate project information to our operational staff. A contract administrator's goal is to ensure our clients have The Ultimate Remodeling Experience. This role also involves advanced organization skills and a keen eye for details.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of submitted contract
- List buyout for purchasing to procure materials for client's project
- Follow up on jobs on hold due to contract issues
- Identify, track and communicate errors
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to adapt to new procedures and follow our system
- Detail-oriented, easily identify discrepancies
- High level of accuracy
- Customer service-oriented personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Submit and pass a background check
