Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline with 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing operations.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Toyota Production System, preferred.
• Experience managing Operations Excellence initiative across multiple cell site.
• Must have demonstrated experience leading step change, breakthrough projects (using DMAIC and Lean methods) with business improvement in production and functional / transactional environments.
• Must have experience delivering Lean Sigma training courses for white and yellow belts.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
