The Role

We are seeking a motivated associate who is customer-focused and thrives working with teams to deliver outstanding products and services related to Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Custodial Accounts. This opportunity is in the Wealth Management & Retirement Offering Product Area and Client Solutions Business Chapter. The position will work on growth strategies, customer focused efforts and improvements primarily related to HSA and Custodial Accounts product, processes, and service model. This role can be hired at Consultant or Director level, depending on experience. #CSB

Responsibilities of the job will include the following:

  • Lead and identify strategies, product/service roadmaps, and other key initiatives to improve the customer experience and drive acquisition
  • Actively participate in defining requirements, understanding client needs, and writing Agile stories to implement & advance product strategy, enhancements, regulatory updates, process improvements, and client experience
  • Participate and lead readiness & rollout activities for clients and Fidelity associates
  • Perform business testing focused on the overall client and associate experience
  • Implement, measure, and apply metrics & data to aid in identifying product enhancement and improvement opportunities
  • Assist with reporting needs associated with the product and service offering
  • Participate in the prioritization of the squad work (in partnership with squad leadership) to deliver customer value based on an understanding of business and client needs
  • Help to conduct key research and analysis to prioritize squad work

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 5 to 10+ years professional experience and possesses good financial services experience. MBA is a plus.
  • Solid business knowledge and general knowledge of the financial services industry plus familiarity with Health Savings Accounts and Custodial Accounts
  • Familiarity and experience with Agile methodology, processes & tools including possessing good story-writing skills
  • While the focus of this role is primarily on HSA Accounts and Custodial Accounts offerings – this individual should possess the ability to think of the customer’s total relationship with Fidelity
  • Embrace working within a team of associates with a diverse skill set, including working directly with a Development Team, Marketing Team, User Experience Team, Distribution/Sales Team, 3rd Parties, Legal Team, and other business partners
  • Ability to think beyond traditional financial services to drive outstanding experiences for our clients

Skills

  • Proven experience in product management, project management, business analysis, data/systems analysis, and process improvement
  • Synthesizing requirements and business needs into full Agile stories
  • Business insight and analytical abilities that allows you to make decisions and define work based on data and client trends
  • General understanding of financial services and voice of the customer
  • Ability to work & act independently, multi-task, influence others, and maintain a positive can-do demeanor
  • Strong client service, collaboration, communications, organization, and presentation abilities
  • Possesses strong skills in JIRA, Mural, PowerPoint, and Excel
