As a Construction and Rehab Technician, you will be a part of the Acquisition and Rehab team of Pathfinder Services. This team focuses on restoring communities by reviving run-down homes and creating safe and affordable housing. You will be responsible for various types of construction at our project sites; some tasks might include framing, trim work, drywall, roof repair, basic plumbing, etc. Safety is a top priority at all project sites; you will maintain a clean and organized job site. You will report to the Construction and Rehab Manager and work with them on crew safety.

Requirements: Preferred Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
• Minimum of three years in the construction industry.
• Practical knowledge of quality building construction with experience in framing, trim work, drywall work, siding, painting, roof repair/replacement, basic plumbing, and an eye for detail.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic language, written, and computer skills necessary for communication and documentation.
• Ability to teach others construction knowledge and quality craft at an efficient pace with honesty and integrity with all rehab projects.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and safe driving record.
• Ability to speak, hear, and read the English language.
• Covid-19 vaccination required; exemptions for medical and religious purposes available; reasonable accommodations will be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $19.31 per hour
