Overview:
Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking is seeking a Project Manager to join our wireline division; based out of the Marietta office, this position will provide support - coordinating all activities involved in the operations of wireline construction. Must be able to demonstrate effective management skills of construction crews. Must be proficient with Microsoft products specifically Excel, and Word. 2+ years’ experience wireless construction preferred. OSP experience preferred. Valid Driver’s License required. This is a customer facing position; individual must be able to demonstrate attention to detail, multitasking, and strong ability to create relationships between customers and the company. Duties include representing company as the Liaison between Supervisors and Customer at scheduling meetings and managing the work flow of all work projects issued by customer. Must be proficient with Microsoft products specifically Excel and Word. 3+ years’ experience within the Utility Constructions/Maintenance Industry preferred. OSP experience preferred. Valid Drivers Licensed required.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage change order work completion process ensuring that work is pre-approved, not to over extend company
  • Generate revenue with positive expected margins for the company
  • Timely scheduling of work load, reports of job forecasting, interfacing with the customer regarding appropriate scheduling and employees’ work assignments
  • Timely and accurate response to customer technical problems and for adherence to contractual obligations to maintain, and install customer’s equipment
  • Manage permitting process
  • Drive vehicle to customer meetings and as needed to/from/on jobsite
  • Ensure key issue of cost, time, quality, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and other systems as needed
  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, etc in the accomplishments of Ansco’s goals and objectives
  • Blue print interpretation and site layout
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations
  • Experienced with equipment testing and installation
  • Familiarity with work in progress reports and be able to accurately forecast work 90 days in advance
  • Must be able to lift/carry heavy objects – on average up to 15-20 pounds
  • Maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations and policies
  • Hours/Schedules are determined based on Region and Customer needs in compliance with any regulations; on average – must be able to perform the above for at least 8 hours per days 5 days per week. Weekend work/Overtime is dependent on Work Load
