Position: Construction Laborer

This job is for someone who is new to the workforce and looking for experience or a returning laborer who is looking to build on current skill sets.

Company Description: R. Wollenberg Inc is an excavation company partnered with their sister company, Bristol Terryville Septic & Sewer located in Terryville CT. We offer a range of services from septic installation, residential excavation, paving driveways, water main installations, etc. Our team is experienced and given tasks daily and typically work independent of each other. All training is hands-on and hrs range from 8-10 depending on the day's tasks. We are looking for someone to join our workforce.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to drive responsibly; larger vehicles often towing trailers
• Unloading & reloading tools
• Hand digging
• Demolition & repair work
• Work independently with minimal instruction or supervision
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written form with the management and respectful customer interactions
• Reporting to work and jobs on time
• Wearing proper company clothes/attire for work

Qualifications:

• 18+ years old
• Highschool Diploma
• No Experience Required (General trades experience preferable)
• Ability to lift 80 lbs
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Ability to have a background check and drug screening
• Must carry a cell phone
