Connect Staffing, Inc. is seeking a traveling Residential Construction Worker in Orange County with a construction company based out of Fountain Valley, Ca.
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN PICKUP TRUCK, POWER TOOLS AND EXPERIENCE IN RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION.
MONDAY-FRIDAY 8:00AM-5:00PM SOME OT MIGHT BE REQUIRED.
REQUIREMENTS OF A RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION WORKER:
- Must have experience as a general laborer in the construction industry.
- Be over the age of 18 years of age.
- Workers must be punctual and reliable.
- Must have valid driver license.
- Must have reliable transportation to get to remote construction sites.
- Be able to commute 20 – 40 miles.
- Must have your own pickup truck
- Must have your own tools
- Have experience with dry wall
- Must have experience with residential construction, installing cabinets, laying tile, bathroom/kitchen renovations, dry wall, and flooring.
RESPONSIBILITIES A RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION WORKER:
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
- Load and unload building materials and equipment.
- Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth in preparation for construction.
- Driving to and from different sites.
- Following precise direction.
- Wearing proper attire.
