We are looking for an administrative professional with a construction familiarity
Fire Alarm and Security System Experience is PREFERRED.
We are a small, busy office and have large-scale projects. You should be comfortable ‘wearing many hats’, with changing priorities.
M-F 7 am or 7:30 am start time and 3 days a week to begin
Major cross-streets Dynamite/Rio Verde Dr and 144th St in Rio Verde Foothills (North Scottsdale). Please consider your commute time.
Wage commensurate with experience
Duties Include but not limited to (vary from day to day):
- General office duties – Phones, filing, printing, taxes, insurance.
- All aspects of submitting job-related paperwork to various city officials
- Scheduling Inspections, testing and service calls
- Accounting duties (A/P, A/R, purchase orders)
- Ordering Parts
Qualifications / Experience
- Understanding of Fire Alarm and Security System terminology
- Understanding of the entire construction cycle
- Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Proficient in QuickBooks (current versions)
Proficiency with Google Applications
- Ability to be a team player and work alone
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills –
- Friendly and outgoing personality
Background check and drug testing required prior to employment
