Description

Schedule and facilitate the weekly Engineering Review Board (ERB) and Configuration Control Board (CCB)
-
Create the weekly ERB and CCB Agenda and produce ERB Directive (ERBD)/CCB Directive (CCBD) and meeting minutes that outlines attendees, disposition and action items
-
Coordinate with CCB Chair for ERBD/CCBD signature/approval
-
Document disposition and notes in the Change Record
-
Verify all review comments have been addressed and the CR has been completed accurately

Create Jira Issues to track contract deliverables through the review/approval process
-
Provide weekly CDRL reports, utilizing automated toolsets, to identify current status (late, delivered, due in next 30 days, pending approval)

Developing and implementing Configuration Management (CM) activities and processes to meet SSC/RS Enterprise requirements. Task will include preparation for baseline and verification audits, baseline data control, tracking of CM data and artifacts, and validation of CM data in support of Missile Warning development and sustainment programs and projects

Interfacing with a wide range of customers and stakeholders at various levels on a daily basis to support the analysis of CRs and CM issues, development of potential solutions, and preparation of acquisition-related briefings, plans, papers, and other documentation in support of SSC/RS decision making
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years with experience in Configuration Management/Data Management experience with space, ground, operations and sustainment segments of a DoD program with proven delivery record. Additional 4 years of experience will be accepted in lieu of degree

Experience with SSC, USSF, and DoD acquisition, sustainment and Systems Engineering processes

Thorough knowledge of hardware and software development lifecycles and CDRL management process

Demonstrated interpersonal skills to enable working, interfacing, and interrelating with diverse personnel and dynamic teams

Using JIRA, Insight and Confluence tools
-
Knowledge of Agile development activities.

Master’s Degree

Experience with Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS)
-
Experience with No Magic CAMEO or SPARX Enterprise Architect model based systems engineering software
- Experience with databases, SharePoint and/or HTML development and sustainment
Target salary range: $125,001 - $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
