PART TWO: FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service for Woodlands residents, their guests and other visitors.
- Responsible for addressing questions and concerns of residents, family members and community visitors and providing assistance as needed. May include giving tours of the woodlands facility.
- Answers internal and external phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of efficient work flow process for all tasks related to resident services.
- Overall management of the lobby and other common areas.
- Monitors security systems including the emergency call system and responds accordingly.
- Manages the operation and maintenance of all office equipment and communication devices.
- Oversees mail, newspaper and package deliveries.
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate inventory of office supplies and marketing materials.
- Responsible for reservations of guest room.
- Completes maintenance request orders and coordinates work with maintenance staff and residents.
- Records and logs all comments and complaints and reviews all issues with the Administrator on a daily basis.
- Provides administrative support to Administrator on an as-needed basis. May be asked to support/assist other Woodlands' departments on an as-needed basis.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position ObjectiveThe primary responsibility of the Concierge is to ensure that resident and guests needs are provided for with exemplary customer service in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
