Job Summary
The Concierge Server is responsible for a VVIP Suite at The Footprint Center and would be responsible for set up, serving food and beverages to . This position requires full availability for all Phoenix Suns basketball home games.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains and cleans serving area.
- Attends to client’s needs.
- Ensures that guest’s needs are met.
- Sets up bar and serves food and beverages at events.
- Maintains friendly demeanor when interacting with and serving customers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to push and lift up to 25 pounds.
- MINIMUM of 2 years in a fine dining setting or experience high end clients
- Must have ServSafe certification and AZ Food Handler Card
- Must be able to work all Phoenix Suns home games
- Must have impeccable attendance and promptness to shifts
