Concierge
The Concierge is responsible for assisting current residents and providing support to the onsite staff. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing a high level of administrative support and customer service to residents and other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Assist office staff as requested
- Prepare lease, move in and welcome packages
- Prepare property marking materials and distribute
- Distribute all resident communications
- Update property website
- Prepare work orders for maintenance team
- Customer Service
- Answer phones and great residents and guest
- Provide professional, courteous customer service to all residents, guests, and customers
- Assist residents with concierge requests such as taxis, directions, packages, etc.
- Office Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Leasing Office and Clubhouse, including but not limited to the removal of trash, vacuuming, and stocking the bathroom.
- Other additional duties assigned by Community Manager.
