Job description
This position requires a high skill level with troubleshooting and fixing computers both the hardware and software. Items such as:
- New PC Builds
- Laptop disassembly, diagnose and repair broken parts such as screens, keyboards, hinges, power jacks, etc
- Virus cleanup and tune up following company process & procedures
- Software installs such as Microsoft Office, email applications or other common applications
- Software troubleshooting
- Printer troubleshooting
- Level 1 remote support over the phone to both home users and business users
- Working within a ticketing system, documenting work completed, utilizing Point of Sale system to close out customer sales transactions
- Other customer or office duties as directed by owner
