Job Description:

• Hybrid/3 days onsite in ORLANDO, FL.
• Skills: KYC (Know Your Customer)
• 2-5 years’ experience working on institutional KYC work (investment banking, corporate banking) more experience performing KYC than Fraud Investigations/ screenings.
• Perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on high-risk cases
• Identify and resolve or escalate, as appropriate, any issues in relation to the KYC process
• 2-5 years KYC experience working with Banks having investment banking, commercial banking clients
• Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations
• Experience performing KYC on global corporations – worked on US, EMEA, LATAM, Asia Pac jurisdictional requirements
• Experience working on different entity types like Public Corporation, Private Corporation, Financial Institutions,
• Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, Pension Funds, Partnership, Trusts, Charities etc.
• Excellent Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment
• College graduates with degrees in Business Management, Risk, Finance, Economics preferred
• Conducting Due Diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) research for clients as part of the business-wide Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance process for new client onboarding or existing refresh customers
• Performing self-sourcing of documents from external sources and client systems
• Analyzing and validating the documents to ensure they meet regulatory requirements
• Performing a document gap analysis of additional documents required to complete the KYC case
• Executing and reviewing negative media alerts from client screening and escalate where necessary
• Conduct Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) screenings through World-Check to identify Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and heightened risk individuals and organizations
• Analyze Ultimate Beneficial Ownership on KYC cases
• Packaging client due diligence research and documentation for review by Relationship Managers
• Performing KYC case enrichment and storing all documents in systems of record
• Work with Relationship Managers to support client outreach and answer their queries
• Collaborate with various internal teams
• Meeting weekly/daily production target volumes and reporting to Team Leaders on the same
• Ensure high quality of work and have Right First-Time attitude

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
