Job Purpose and Impact

The Complaint Management Specialist will execute a limited scale of customer service activities for our Cargill Animal Nutrition North America business. In this role you will perform clerical or administrative tasks to help optimize processing customer complaints from intake to resolution. Key Accountabilities

Perform complex administrative or clerical tasks in support of improvement projects and commitments requiring a basic understanding of customer service practices and procedures.
Participate in executing customer service strategies.
Inform customers about complaint status and resolution and managing the customer complaint experience end-to-end.
Provide administrative and clerical support to maintaining and updating tools or systems.
Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent.
Minimum of four years of related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications
SAP experience.
Experience managing customer complaints and feedback.
Bilingual in English and French. Position Information
