What will you do
The Global Complaint Vigilance Analyst II is responsible for triage, evaluation and investigation of product quality complaints for Kenvue consumer products. Responsibilities include review of complaint cases to verify customer verbatim, lot number, subject coding, lot trend analysis, malfunction coding, reportability assessments, preparation of regulatory submissions, assignment of complaints to manufacturing sites for evaluation, review of manufacturing site investigations, compilation and documentation of complaint summaries, complaint closure, and escalation.
Key Responsibilities
- Processes product quality complaints and adverse events according to internal Standard Operating Procedures and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborates with Make Quality, Global Consumer Care Center, Medical Safety, Regional Quality, Regional R&D, Post Market Surveillance (PMS) partners, External and Internal Sites, and other business partners to ensure appropriate complaint handling.
- Assists in Field Sample Management activities, as required.
- Assists with various projects and activities related to Complaint Vigilance processes and system implementations and improvements.
- Provides team support during internal and external audits and inspections as needed.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a focus in Science, Engineering, Nursing, or a related discipline, is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of related industry experience in a quality or compliance role is required.
- Ability to think analytically, utilize a systemic approach to solving problems, and act decisively.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing (technical and persuasive).
- Ability to work individually as well as on a team.
- Ability to adapt and support an environment of changing priorities.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in an FDA regulated environment.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, packaging, and development operations.
- Experience in complaint management, post market vigilance, risk management, quality, or compliance disciplines.
- Experience with complaint handling software applications.
- Experience with MS Office suite applications.

For U.S. applicants, in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements, the anticipated base pay range for this position is $60,000 to $84,000. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
