Serve as a role model to clients modeling pro-social behaviors.

Identify and develop new community service projects.
-
Supervise and actively participate in community service projects with clients at each work site.
-
Develop and maintain professional working relationships with various organizations for community service opportunities.
-
Maintain ratio of one (1) staff to eighteen (18) clients.
-
Document community service hours performed by each client in the agency data collection system(s) on the day the work is performed.
-
Directly supervise safe handling of tools and other related equipment.
-
Assess transportation and equipment needs at the request of the supervisor.
-
Conduct weekly safety and sanitation inspections of all internal and external areas of the facility.

Monitor vehicle use, maintenance and repairs. Ensure all inspections and licenses are completed and current.

Maintain client files and ensure compliance with Agency policy regarding confidential information.

Perform facility maintenance tasks.

Provide coverage of front desk duties as assigned.
-
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

High School Diploma and three years’ experience working in trades, with public and/or people in need.
-
Possess sound judgment and decision making skills.
-
Good oral, written and interpersonal skills.
-
Possession of a valid driver’s license, clear Motor Vehicle record.

Experience with Microsoft Office.
