Required Qualifications:

  • You have a two-year college degree.
  • You have experience in finding and connecting people to community resources.
  • You are excited about working as part of a clinical team to serve clients all over the country.
  • You have experience with insurance benefits and/or claims.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening), especially over the phone, and a willingness to receive and respond to feedback.
  • You are curious and determined. You will go the extra mile to search for answers and get results.
  • You are able to work remotely from your home 40 hours a week.


What you’ll do (Essential Job Functions)

The role of Resource Specialista full-time position. You will work as part of the AiRCare Team. The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Work closely with and support a team of mental health clinicians.
  • Understand and navigate employer benefits to solve problems and gain insight for the populations we serve.
  • Develop proficiency in the various community resources including but not limited to financial, medical, housing, transportation, social services and primary self-sufficiency needs.
  • Be a key contributor to improving our care model, by providing feedback on our client’s needs and our approach.

  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
  • Reside in Florida, Texas, Arkansas, North Carolina, Virginia, or Georgia
