Community Operations Services (HOA) Supervisor
Job Overview
The HOA Operations Supervisor has the responsibility of assisting the HOA Manager and handling direct communications with the homeowners. Community code enforcement and vendor management are key responsibilities in this position. The person in this position must understand the importance of providing outstanding customer service and be able to interact effectively and tactfully with clients that can be difficult at times.
General Responsibilities
- Attends Board and committee meetings
- Manages performance of services to the community by outside vendors
- Manages the community's Work Order system to ensure timely response to requests from residents and related communications
- Coordinates client account setup
Job Qualifications
- Education and Experience:
- While not necessary, any experience working with HOAs and boards would be a plus.
- Customer service experience required
- Planning, leadership, people development and team-building experience
Skills and Aptitudes:
- Must be able to express thoughts and knowledge in both written and oral formats
- Position requires patience and the need to be sensitive to client needs while having a strong ability to manage sometimes negative situations
- Ability to multi-task on a variety of levels
- Well respected with high degree of integrity
- Computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft products
License/Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Provide proof of insurance
Discretion / Independent Judgment
The position is responsible for assisting the HOA Manager in managing the neighborhood association as it relates to the CC&Rs and Bylaws, along with a being direct line of communication to the homeowners.
Working Conditions
- Indoor office and outdoor setting
- Will be using a computer frequently
- Normal business hours Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM and on rare occasions, weekend and evenings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Redmond, OR 97756: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (Preferred)
