Empower Behavioral Health & Intervention is seeking
Community Based Therapeutic Behavioral Aides/Behavior Technicians to join our team.
This position works with individuals with a wide array of issues including behavioral health diagnoses, autism and development disabilities in the client's home. You will provide trauma informed, evidenced based care to treat the client.
Flexible hours ranging from 8 to 20 hours per week. Afternoon and evening hours available.
- Base pay: $16.50 - $21.00 per hour and an additional $2.50 per hour for in-home clients.
- Programs include daily social and life skills, communication, and behavior modification.
- High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years mental health experience preferred, or verifiable Bachelor's degree with no experience necessary.
- Company paid first aid/CPR training provided,
- Company paid training.
- Must possess excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Excellent attendance required.
- Applicants must be able to pass background checks.
