Seeking a Full-Time Community Association Manager, Candidate must possess a valid Florida CAM license.

• Strong computer literacy in Microsoft applications as well as Adobe.
• Current driver’s license and your own reliable transportation
• Solid communication skills
• Desire and capacity to build solid client relationships
• Ability to work effectively unsupervised and as part of a team
• Professional presentation
• Manage all operations of the condominium community
• Direct the enforcement of community rules and restrictions
• Assist the board with hiring contractors and insurance carriers to maintain and protect the community
• Oversee and approve payment of vendors providing service to community association
• Reviews and approves payroll for all direct employees and reviews and codes vendor invoices before payment.
• Develop community association budget and provide delivery/presentation of financial reports
• Meet with the Board of Directors and committees to discuss and resolve legal and environmental issues or any other Association matter.
• Must be capable of taking board meeting minutes if necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
