Pay: $22.95 - $29.26 / Hourly
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

General Position Summary
Development & Communications Graphics Design Coordinator is responsible for supporting Catholic Community Services (CCS) and Catholic Community Services Foundation (CCSF) in accomplishing their fund development and marketing communications goals in accordance with the guidelines provided by the national Council on Accreditation.

Associate degree or higher in graphic design or two (2) years’ experience in graphic design with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with database design and logic a plus.

Develop and continually improve e-Newsletters for internal and external audiences

Maintain proficiency in the most current design software used by the organization

Interpersonal Contacts
Contacts are numerous and frequent with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization. Interactions may involve confidential and/or sensitive information requiring discretion at all times. Frequent interaction with stakeholders at all levels of the organization will involve face-to-face, email, and telephone contact. Contacts include board members, news media, employees, customers and their families, vendors, donors, funders, community partners, the general community, and other stakeholders.
Job Conditions
This position has frequent interruptions and is deadline driven. A complex variety of interactions are required. In addition, the physical demand of the position includes: Occasionally is defined as 0 - 1/3 of an 8-hour day; Frequently is defined as 1/3 - 2/3 of an 8-hour day; Continuously is defined as 2/3 - 3/3 of an 8-hour day.
Standing – Frequently.
Lifting and/or Carrying - Occasionally, while carrying office supplies or equipment. In general, one may occasionally lift and/or carry items from 10 - 20 lb.
Climbing/Balancing - Frequently, while climbing steps, Climbing occurs several times per day.
Stooping/Bending/Crouching - Occasionally, while picking up items off the floor, and while getting into lower Cabinets and drawers.
Kneeling - Occasionally, while getting into lower cabinets and drawers.
Reaching/Stretching - Frequently, while retrieving items off shelves and out of cabinets.
Twisting - Occasionally, while working at his/her desk while retrieving items in his/her desk, answering the telephone and interacting with customers.
