Exciting hands-on opportunity for a Tenant Coordinator – Commercial Property, with strong experience in commercial leasing and rent collections. We are looking for a creative team player with a passion and commitment to exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate brings a positive “can do” attitude to the team and is zero delinquency driven.

Responsibilities Include:

• Leasing of commercial properties
• Rent collections
• Administration of leases
• Manage lease renewals
• Maintain accurate tenant records
• Day-to-day operations support

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial leasing
• Ability to multitask in a face-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be computer proficient; experience with Onesite is preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations

Excellent salary, benefits, commissions, and bonuses. (Salary is based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
