Position: Commercial Lines Account Manager

Location: Boise, ID

Salary: $50k

Worksite Arrangement: In office to start, hybrid after 6 months

Avenica is currently hiring for a commercial lines account manager position. The client service coordinator will provide excellent client service and administrative support to the team. This person will be the point of contact for clients, helping with obtaining information for the purpose of providing a quote, endorsement, or renewal. Responsibilities of the Commercial Lines Account Manager position:

• Assist the team by managing a book of commercial accounts
• Help prepare quotes and proposals
• Responding to policy inquiries (email, phone)
• Checking policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy, and maintaining accurate and organized account files.
• Understanding customer needs and the products or services that can align with their needs.
• Continuously develop and maintain productive business relationships with customers in order to increase access and sales results.
• Stay current with database information and reporting.
• Handle all accounts assigned to you as well as any other accounts that may need help



Requirements of the Commercial Lines Account Manager position:

• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the US; Avenica is unable to provide sponsorship at this time
• Experience working with customers/clients is a plus!
• Experience working in insurance (property and casualty)
