Commercial Banking (CB) Solutions is dedicated to identifying, developing and commercializing integrated payments solutions that help our clients efficiently operate their business and fuel growth. Our teams obsess over understanding the voice of our customers and utilizing a design-led approach. We partner closely with technical product managers and functional leads to tailor JPMorgan Chase's global, market leading capabilities and package them into truly differentiated solutions and client journeys designed for the unique needs of Commercial clients. We work closely with Sales to equip them with the tools necessary to succeed in the market.

CB Solutions (CBS) is focused on understanding the needs of unique client personas and industries that exist within CB and helps design product strategy, sales support, operational governance and commercialization strategy for distinct client personas.

• Solutioning & Commercialization : Designs commercialization strategy for Sales and offers advanced support for complex deals and/or new product launches
• Business Ops : Ensures proper controls and analytical support to aid what and how we sell
