Responsible for sales and service for fleets, wholesale and commercial accounts promoting new tires, retreads and tire service. Regularly contacts existing customers as well as prospective new customers.

Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Sales Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Driver's License (Preferred)

Full Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Solicits commercial truck, OTR, Retreads, Agriculture and consumer tire accounts in designated

areas

  • Responsible for the sale of tires, retreads and services
  • Maintains current accounts with regular sales calls and follow up to accounts
  • Learns and works through the existing business operating system for billing of all sales channels.
  • Maintains acceptable profit margins as set by Store Manager.
  • Actively seeks new accounts and represent the company to potential customers.
  • Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate

information to customers.

  • Meets or exceeds established sales and gross profit goals set by management
  • Evaluates customer needs and makes recommendations
  • Prepares weekly sales plans and completing all call reports following established company

procedures.

  • Properly maintains assigned service vehicles including appearance, onboard service equipment

and tools.

  • Safely drives and operates company vehicles.
  • Demonstrates outstanding customer service.
  • Ensures compliance with safety requirements as outlined by the company, along with those

specified in OSHA and MSHA regulations pertaining to this position.

  • Regularly attends all staff trainings and meetings as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
