Job description
Title of Position: Color Laboratory Technician
Basic Purpose: Plastic compounding company seeks an experienced Color Lab Technician who can injection mold sample color plaques for incoming and finished products to compare to color readings and color masters for approval. Operation and maintenance of accelerated Xenon weathering equipment is also a requirement.
Applicant must be able to; operate molding machines, change tooling, and work with various quality instrumentation equipment. This position will also have responsibility for; production checks, preparing quality documentation for OEM color approvals, and applicable OEM paperwork for weathering. Qualified Applicants should have excellent color vision and experience in color evaluation. A prefered candidate will have experience using color evaluation software and has worked within the plastics industry.
$1200 signing bonus payable throughout first year of employment!
