**Auto Body Technicians-A/B Level Preferred**

Earn from $75,000 to over $110,000+/year! (based on exp)

**Disassembly/Assembly Technicians-Body Tech or Automotive Mechanic Exp Needed**

Earn from $40,000 to over $60,000+/year! (based on exp)

**Collision Estimators-2+yrs Experience Preferred**

Earn from $65,000 to $100,000+/yr! (Base+Comm, based on exp)

We are an I-CAR Gold Certified and Manufacturer Certified Collision Center. Business is BOOMING in our NEW, state-of-the-art, HIGH-VOLUME body shop at Tulley Collision Center (Be sure to check out our attached VIDEO at the bottom of our posting)!! As a result, we are in need of additional collision technicians and estimators to provide EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE & MAXIMUM PRODUCTIVITY for our AMAZING customers.

AUTO BODY TECHNICIAN Requirements:

-At least 4+ years of experience in auto body work preferred (A/B Level)

-Auto Body and Collision Damage Repair Certificate NOT required but is a PLUS

-ICAR Certification is NOT required but is a PLUS

-ASE Certifications are NOT required but are a PLUS

-Must have own tools to effectively complete tasks at hand

-Must have a valid driver’s license

-Good attitude & strong communication skills

-Maintain a clean, safe team oriented environment

-Self-starter with ability to work without supervision

-Strong analytical background

-Willingness to continue learning, training, and progressing in the automotive collision industry

DISASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN Requirements:

-Any skill level or experience in automotive body work or automotive mechanical work is preferred

-Auto Body and Collision Damage Repair Certificate NOT required but is a PLUS

-ICAR Certification is NOT required but is a PLUS

-ASE Certifications are NOT required but are a PLUS

-Own tools are NOT Required

-Must have a valid driver’s license

-Good attitude & strong communication skills

-Maintain a clean, safe team oriented environment

-Self-starter with ability to work without supervision

-Strong analytical background, with high attention to detail

-Good organizational skills

-Willingness to continue learning, training, and progressing in the automotive collision industry

ESTIMATOR Candidate Requirements:

-2+yrs Prior Experience as a Collision Estimator or Automotive Insurance Adjuster

-Strong estimating skills/experience with the ability to write 100% tear-down estimates & identify 100% of the damage

-Body shop experience is a PLUS

-Body repair experience is a PLUS

-Good communication skills & the ability to explain damages to insurance adjusters

-Strong computer skills

-High attention to detail

-Well-rounded automotive knowledge/technician experience or training is a PLUS

-CCC One or Mitchell Estimating experience is a PLUS

-I-CAR certification is a PLUS

-Ability to supervise the disassembly team and expedite & adapt workflow to meet changing needs

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
