Join our automotive dealership in our growing Collision Center!
We are looking for a Collision Center Administrator that is customer-oriented and service focused. This position is responsible for greeting potential customers, assisting customers with estimates, scheduling, transportation, repair status and anything else to maintain excellent customer service. This person will work closely with the Collision Center Manager and have daily contact with customers, insurance adjusters, suppliers, and others. This position will be trained to become a Level One Estimator. Then training and promotion upwards into a full line Level Two Estimator. A Level Two Estimator is trained to be proficient in writing and managing detailed collision estimates, working directly with insurance carriers to finalize all repair details, and directly communicating with the collision technician and parts representatives to ensure all expectations are met.

Job Duties
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional and courteous manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and return calls in a timely manner
- Promote sales opportunities and schedule customers for estimates
- Perform follow-up calls on open estimates/quotes
- Enter and maintain vehicle and customer status in CCCOne Estimating database, keeping system current at all times
- Coordinate repairs and estimates with insurance companies
- Help facilitate the repair process and assist customer in understanding the process, including costs, insurance claims processing, payment procedures, repair techniques and expected delivery date of repair; maintaining contact with customer during entire repair process
- Verify the accuracy of the final order and all work was correctly performed as described on the order
Job Skills/Requirements
- A valid ME driver’s license
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Professional appearance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer literacy

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
