D&D Ingredient Distributors has been serving the feed industry for over 40 years. It is the goal of the company to meet customer needs as the industry grows and evolves. Our nutritional feed ingredients include trace mineral and vitamin premixes that are used in the production of animal feeds. Species: Dairy, Swine, Beef, Poultry, Pet, and Equine

About this Job:

Employee fills bags with product, sews, and then stacks 50-55 lb. feed bags from packaging line onto pallets for warehouse storage. We now have three robots performing most of the production line stacking, removing the most physical part of the job.

Shifts Available:

· 1st shift - Full-time positions open Monday-Friday, 7:00 A.M. – 3:30 P.M. including a ½ hour lunch

· 2nd shift - Full-time positions are Monday-Thursday, 3:00 P.M. - 1:30 A.M. including a ½ hour lunch

· 2nd shift - Part-time positions are Monday-Thursday, 4:00 P.M. – 10:00 P.M.

Benefits:

· Part-time employees are eligible for holiday pay after thirty (30) days of service. 2022 Holidays are Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day, along with one floating holiday of the employee's choice

· Vacation, Personal, and Sick pay will be available for the full-time employee as of their hire date's first anniversary

· Wage increases are subject to an acceptable employee attendance record

· Only full-time employees are eligible for company subsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision insurances along with company-paid Life, Short- and Long-term

· Both full-time and part-time employees are eligible to enroll in the 401(k) plan with company match. Disability insurances

Pay:$18.00 per hour with an additional $1.00 2nd Shift Premium. We are now also offering a sign on bonuses of $2,000 for full-time employment and $1,200 for part time employment
