Job description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate CNC machines to perform precision machining tasks such as drilling, cutting, shaping, ect.
- Inspect all completed parts and check for defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using visual inspection and precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, thread gages, ect.
- Understanding the specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, ect.
- Prepare and load raw material or parts into the machines
- Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustment to produce a better result
- Maintain machine tools in proper operational condition
- Maintain machine coolant and oil levels to insure they are properly lubricated or cooled.
Day shift, 46 hours week, Mon-Thurs 7-5:30 and Friday 7-1
1 Year CNC Lathe experience a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
