MIBA Industrial Bearings U.S., LLC develops and produces functionally critical components along the entire value chain. SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Under supervision of the Department Supervisor and Section Lead, safely perform production tasks in line with industry standards. Works in a continuous improvement mindset and actively participates in continuous improvement activities.

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Set up and operate one or more of the following machines: CNC multitasking machining centers, CNC multitasking lathes, CNC lathes, 3/4/5-axis CNC machining centers, manual lathe, manual mill, and /or various secondary equipment with the ability to hold tolerances to prints as required.
• Perform complex program edits to G-code CNC programs.
• Inspect work produced, including 1st piece inspection identifying and reporting any non-conformance issues immediately.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Requires a high school diploma or the equivalent
• Trade school or industry-related courses with 1 year of previous job-related experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform mathematical equations in a technical manner is required.
• Ability to inspect using handheld measuring equipment is required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• US citizenship or lawful permanent resident of the US is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.75 - $27.00 per hour
