Job description
We are currently recruiting CNC Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing company of fluid control systems.
CNC Machine Operators Responsibilities and Experience required:
Use your problem-solving skills, attention to detail to complete plastic fabrication for various components.
- Experience with reading and understanding schematics/drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge and experience using various tools and equipment to accurately measure according to drawing/blueprint specifications, such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring devices/equipment, hand, and power tools.
- Knowledge and experience with operation of multiple machines CNC Router, CNC mills/lathes.
- Perform cross functional activities that support plastic fabrication, such as mechanical assembly, socket fusion, plumbing, and quality control.
- Become familiar with production materials (NPP, WPP, PVC, FM4910, C-PVC)
- Knowledge of operation with 3 axis, 5 axis, lathes.
- Plastic manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of basic math skills add/subtract/multiply/divide/fractions. Math and measuring test will be performed in interview.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday
- 1st shift 7:00am to 3:30pm
- 2nd shift 3:00pm to 11:30pm
- (2nd shift candidates will train on 1st shift for approx. 4-6 weeks)
