BrightStar Care of Leesburg/Gainesville is seeking competent and talented Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides IHHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) with experience to provide services to our clients in the Ashburn, Asby Ponds, Leesburg, Sterling, Manassas, Gainesville, and Warrenton, areas. The schedules are flexible/vary depending on your availability between 4 to 12 hours shifts. Weekend availability is highly needed!

Responsibilities

• Delivering safe, high quality, reliable and compassionate care to patients
• Assisting clients with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, eating, light housekeeping, etc.
• Complete and document duties and assignments in accordance with a pre-developed care plan

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 18 years of age with reliable transportation, drivers license preferred
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to pass Criminal Background, Driving Records Check and Company Administered Drug Screening test
• Employees must have the physical ability, to lift, push and pull 50 lbs
• Current CPR/First Aid/TB certification
• Current and valid CNA certification
• Applicants with the availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays preferred
