Franciscan Court is a family owned and operated supportive living facility (similar to assisted living) in the western suburbs looking for a responsible, and dedicated CNA with a positive attitude to join our team! We are looking to hire staff in the western suburbs, close to West Chicago, IL. No vaccination requirement.

PM Shift 3 pm - 11 pm

Hourly rate: $19.00 - 19.50 hour to start

*** Increase in pay based on job performance and attendance***

*Paid training, Paid breaks, Insurance eligible at 30 hrs/week.

PPO or HMO Blue cross / Blue Shield, Dental and Vision Insurance

Responsibilities include:

* medication reminders for assigned residents; signing out medications at end of shift

* answering call lights in a timely manner

* assisting residents as needed with dressing, transfer, personal hygiene, and bathing while encouraging independence

* reminding residents about activities / socials and encouraging attendance

* observing residents for any change of condition and respond accordingly

* passing meals in the dining room, assisting residents during meal time if needed

* must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

* working as a team with other CNA's and staff during your shift!

* writing report in communication book at the end of your shift

Prefer a candidate with experience in long-term care, but willing to train the right person!
