Job description
We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our Centurion Medical Products sales team in the Seattle area. This team sells/supports surgical instrumentation, central sterile disposables, minor custom sterile and non-sterile kitting, and additional products used in hospitals. Healthcare personnel contacted include but are not limited to directors, Sterile Processing, Operating Room, Lab, Pharmacy, Labor & Delivery, Emergency Department, & Supply Chain.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Calling on hospitals within assigned territory to sell minor procedure trays, surgical instrumentation, and additional products
- Make sales presentations to multiple decision-makers leading to product and program sales
- Establish and nurture client relationships by developing strong relationships
- Team building among peers to ensure a collaboration across the continuum of care
- Preparing bids and price quotes;
- Handle customer complaints according to policy and procedure
- Ability to create and execute annual business plan to achieve quota and overall sales growth

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience OR at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience
Relevant Work Experience:
- 2 – 5 years business to business, outside sales experience required
- Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Computer proficiency especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Due to the nature of an outside sales representative position, the ability to drive a car, travel in that car 90% of each day, and interact with healthcare providers on site is required.

The anticipated compensation for this position is 100% commission, averaging between 1-8% net sales realized. This role is bonus eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
