At FCS Financial, part of the nationwide Farm Credit System, we are looking for an Cloud Integration Engineer to join our Team! FCS Financial is a member of the largest agriculture lending cooperative in the United States today. FCS is seeking a pro-active, confident, and flexible individual. We are looking for an individual with specialized skills in Salesforce customization (preferred), API integration, and application/database design and development . Experience customizing and integrating with other cloud-based Software as a Service platforms will also be considered.
Preferred office location is Central Office - Jefferson City, Missouri
All FCS Office locations including a remote office environment will be considered based off of the candidates' qualifications and needs.
This position is classified as Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Application Analysis
- Gathers business requirements for information systems and determines the technical requirements and specifications.
- Determines appropriate technologies, platforms, and/or software to utilize in developing solutions.
- Works with IS Department Team members and Business users to define and develop processes that improve efficiencies and fulfills compliance.

Solution Engineering
- Designs and builds software and cloud-based solutions to implement identified requirements while taking advantage of our core platforms.
- Customizes cloud-based solutions via configuration changes or custom development to meet requirements.
- Develops and/or configures integrations between internal, cloud based, and third-party systems to share data between systems and automate processes.
- Develops code or workflows to perform complex and repetitive tasks that can be automated.
- Coordinates with other IS Department team members to maintain our system configurations for both Production and Non-Production environments.
- Tests and deploys software and configurations using the accepted Dev Ops tools and pipelines of our Team.
- Maintains existing code and configuration repositories and pipelines to support the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Performs after hours software deployment tasks to minimize downtime for users during business hours.
- Documents new and existing systems and solutions.

- Evaluate new platforms, tools, practices, and methodologies and recommend integration strategies to enhance our environment.
- Research and prototypes new solutions using cloud platforms and integration tools to determine suitability for our organization.

System Support
- Supports and maintains existing solutions by addressing issues escalated by the Help Desk and other Information Services team members
- Troubleshoot problems across internal, cloud based, and 3rd party systems to identify and resolve issues by implementing appropriate changes to software and configurations.
- Makes support decisions regarding scope of issues, possible solutions, and determines the correct resolutions.

Required Skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's degree in information technology, computer science or a related field
- 4 years related experience utilizing software tools and applications and web/intranet development
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Expert knowledge of web/intranet applications
- Expert knowledge of scripting/programming languages
- Working knowledge of content management system software
- Working knowledge of relational databases and operating system
- Working knowledge of customer relationship management software
- Skill in effectively creating and modifying a variety of applications, including web applications
- Skill in monitoring, updating and enhancing applications to reduce errors and increase functionality
- Skill in establishing and utilizing testing environments and plans to ensure applications perform as designed
- Skill in listening and conveying awareness of a customer's problem or issue to find resolution
- Oral and written communication skills sufficient to discuss a variety of job-related topics, and to effectively communicate complex topics to a variety of audiences
- Skill in analyzing complex technical data by using logic and quantitative reasoning
- Skill in prioritizing assignments to complete work in a timely manner
