Job Tittle: Intake Clinician

Location: New York , NY

JOB SCOPE: This is a clinical position requiring in-depth knowledge of human behavior, DSM 5 criteria and strong diagnostic skills. Clinician is expected to conduct thorough evaluations, on-going risk assessments, manage risk & provide appropriate follow up.

As part of the Clinical team clinician will carry a full caseload, conduct intake evaluations & work closely with the rest of the team. It is expected that clinician will be providing minimum of 24 hours of clinical service. Clinicians performing more face to face services are eligible for additional reimbursement of $50 an hour. Reimbursement will be provided if clinician’s documentation is in good standing. Reimbursement is based on a 2 week period.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide direct clinical services to clients as assigned, including individual, group, family services;
• Timely and accurately document progress notes and other required documentation in accordance with agency and OMH standards;
• Complete comprehensive intake assessments, treatment plans & other documentation as required;
• Perform other duties, consistent with the goals and objectives of the program, as directed by supervisor.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
